Refund Appeals Process
- Parents/guardians may ask for additional review by the Registration Director if extenuating circumstances exist.
- The Registration Director is then authorized to (1) issue a partial refund based on unique circumstances related to the individual situation, (2) engage with GLL/GJBA Executive Officers as needed, or (3) engage with the entire GLL/GJBA Board of Directors.
- In the event that the Registration Director chooses to not engage with the Board of Directors, the parent/guardian requesting the review has the option to attend a GLL board meeting in person and discuss/appeal the matter during the New Business portion of a board meeting.
